AI for Real Estate Teams: What's Worth It in 2026
78 of the 87 tools in this directory name teams on their own site, more than any other segment. A team's problems are problems of volume: more leads than the agents can call back, a database nobody has time to work, newer agents who need coaching, and a pipeline that one coordinator is holding together.
This guide walks the teams page in the order a team lead meets the problems: the ISA, the platform, the phone, the listing marketing, the seller prediction, the transactions, the coaching. Prices are the vendor's own, checked by hand in October 2026.
The ISA problem
An AI ISA texts and calls every new lead within seconds and books the appointment for an agent. Agent Legend does it over SMS, voicemail and email with a two-way conversational AI, at $199/mo plus a $299 activation fee; the Grow and Pro plans run 12 months. Ylopo sells AI Text and AI Voice as an add-on to its lead-generation platform, priced by quote. Verse.ai pairs AI texting and voice with a human concierge who reviews the AI's chats, and live-transfers through CallConnect, priced by quote. Structurely runs voice, SMS, RCS and email agents on a platform fee plus posted usage: voice from $0.07 a minute and SMS at $0.02 a message. Roof AI works from your website, qualifying visitors and booking appointments, at $299/mo on quarterly billing with a free plan capped at 5 leads a month.
The platform
Follow Up Boss is $69 per user per month, or $499/mo on Pro for 10 users; smart summaries, smart messages, suggested tasks and predictive lead prioritization come with it. Lofty's AI Sales Agent texts and qualifies leads, and the Sales, Social and Homeowner Agents are paid add-ons to plans priced by quote. BoldTrail, the successor to kvCORE, puts an AI Assistant in the mobile app that surfaces high-intent signals, priced by package after a demo. CINC adds CINC AI, which holds 24/7 text conversations with leads and hands them off when ready, from $200/mo on top of quote-priced plans. Brivity prices month to month by user count, with the Gabbi AI assistant answering lead questions and drafting messages.
The phone
Rosie scales from $49/mo to the $149 Scale plan with warm transfers and the $299 Growth plan. Smith.ai backs its AI with live agents: free for 25 calls a month, $150/mo on Pro, $500/mo on Enterprise. BrokerBot.ai answers calls, texts and chat with AI trained on your own documents and reviews contracts in the same product, at $99/mo Solo or $999/mo for a brokerage.
Listing marketing at team volume
Staging and photo tools price by the photo or the month, and most have a team tier. Virtual Staging AI Enterprise is $79/mo for 150 photos with white-label and API. Imagen AI for Real Estate edits whole shoots from $0.22 a photo at the early-bird rate, with 250 free edits to start. For video, Reel-E Growth is $129/mo for 10 listings and Pro $599/mo for 50 in 4K, and Curaytor is done-with-you marketing at $1,300/mo. For copy, listingcopy.ai Agent is $89/mo for 100 credits across 5 seats.
Who in the database is about to sell
Fello mines a team's contacts for upcoming sellers with an AI lead score and Contact-to-Owner Match, from $499/mo on Growth, with the Felix AI ISA as a separately priced add-on. Revaluate scores your existing CRM contacts for likelihood to move within six months, priced by contact count with a free database audit. Offrs delivers predicted listers for $399/mo, or $699/mo with AI conversion.
Transactions
ListedKit AI is built for TCs and teams: Ava reads contracts and inbox email, builds the timeline, flags what's missing and drafts follow-ups, at $14.99 per contract intake with the first free. Paperless Pipeline prices by monthly volume with unlimited users, from $69/mo for up to 5 transactions. Nekst extracts deadlines, parties and conditions from an uploaded contract in 90 seconds, free up to 5 transactions and $790 a year plus $299 onboarding on Solo Pro.
Coaching and accountability
MaverickRE grades every recorded call on objection handling and runs buyer and seller role-plays through its AICE AI Sales Coach, priced by quote with a free missed-GCI estimate. Sisu is the team operating system, $399/mo on Essentials plus $20 per user; Sunburst AI coaching, which flags missed opportunities and runs 1:1s, comes with Pro at $999/mo or as a $599/mo add-on. Shilo AI inside BoldTrail grades recorded calls 1–5 stars, runs role-play simulations and watches for fair-housing keywords.
Questions worth asking in any demo
- For AI ISAs: what triggers the hand-off to an agent, and does the whole conversation land in your CRM?
- For platforms: which AI features are in the plan you're buying, and which are add-ons sold separately?
- For call grading: what gets recorded, who consents, and where do the recordings live?
- For seller prediction: how many contacts are scored, what the minimum term is, and which signals count as likely to sell?
What a starter stack costs
A five-agent team on Follow Up Boss pays $69 per user per month for a CRM with AI built in. Add Rosie Scale at $149 for warm-transferred calls, ListedKit AI at $14.99 per contract and Virtual Staging AI Enterprise at $79/mo, and the team is a few hundred dollars a month in before the ISA. The AI ISA is the line item that varies most: Agent Legend posts $199/mo; the rest price by quote.
Where to start
If leads are going cold between the inquiry and the callback, start with the ISA: it's the problem every tool in that category is built for. If the leads are fine and the follow-through isn't, start with call grading and coaching. Every tool named above has its own page here with its price, trial and the date it was checked.
